My journey begins with my dad—the best mentor I could ever have. When I was just one year old, my dad transitioned from being a teacher to a financial and insurance advisor. His huge heart and endless energy inspired him to become a much-loved and trusted financial steward in our community, a legacy I aspire to continue.

While I grew up in Saint Louis, my education and early professional life took me around the country. After I graduated in 2004 from DePauw University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, I moved to Manhattan, where I worked in publicity for The New Yorker and Outside Magazine. In 2007, I moved to Washington, D.C. to work at The Washington Post and had a unique vantage point publicizing financial news throughout the 2008 financial crisis. During my time in D.C., I earned a Master’s degree in Political Management from George Washington University.

While in D.C., I met my husband Peter the old-school way at a bar. Our journey led us to Denver in 2010, drawn by the allure of skiing and the great outdoors (we even got married in the mountains). Eventually, we returned to Saint Louis to establish our family roots, although I still have the travel bug and love to share stories about adventures to places like Croatia, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, and Ecuador.

My financial career began as I worked alongside my dad at New York Life—spanning a wonderful 10 years. I quickly learned how to help clients apply the practical, time-tested financial principles that result in success, happiness, and security. Developing deep relationships and providing long-lasting value has been my driving force. I earned my Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses and focus on helping families and business owners protect and preserve their wealth through comprehensive, holistic financial planning.

Today, Peter and I are the proud parents of two lively boys who fill our world with joy and excitement. Soccer, basketball, and swimming are their passions, and I love coaching and cheering them on. Although my boys also love video games, I regularly pull them outside for family hikes. Reading bedtime stories to them is one of my cherished daily rituals.

I look forward to the opportunity to learn your story, understand your needs and desires, and support you along your financial journey.
